Ingredients

- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons coarse ground mustard
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam or boil green beans until just crisp-tender.
- 2 drain.
- 3 melt butter in skillet or saucepot and add mustard.
- 4 toss beans to coat.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
- 6 serve hot.
