Mustard Green Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons coarse ground mustard
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 steam or boil green beans until just crisp-tender.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 melt butter in skillet or saucepot and add mustard.
  • 4 toss beans to coat.
  • 5 season with salt and pepper.
  • 6 serve hot.
