Mango Chicken Magic

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 800 g chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mango cheeks
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup green beans

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken breasts into bite size cubes or strips.
  • 2 dice mango and onion finely.
  • 3 cut green beans into 1 inch lengths.
  • 4 place all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • 5 cook on low for 6 hours.
  • 6 serve topped with chopped corriander leaves, rice and pappadums or nan bread.
  • 7 nb: if you would like to add some 'heat' to this dish, add a small spoon of chilli sauce to the recipe. also, you can cook this in a fry pan with lid on for about an hour if you want to hasten the cooking process!
