Mango Chicken Magic

Ingredients

- 800 g chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) can mango cheeks
- 0.5 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup green beans
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken breasts into bite size cubes or strips.
- 2 dice mango and onion finely.
- 3 cut green beans into 1 inch lengths.
- 4 place all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir to combine.
- 5 cook on low for 6 hours.
- 6 serve topped with chopped corriander leaves, rice and pappadums or nan bread.
- 7 nb: if you would like to add some 'heat' to this dish, add a small spoon of chilli sauce to the recipe. also, you can cook this in a fry pan with lid on for about an hour if you want to hasten the cooking process!
