Mango And Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 cups mangoes, chopped
- 1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice (i used lundberg wild blend rice)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons salsa (fresh or bottled)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl. toss gently to mix.
