- 1 mango, ripe
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 7/8 cup plain natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 12 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients in a liquidizer, and blend.
- 2 pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve straight away.
