Killer Beans And Sausage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 lbs bulk hot lamb sausage
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (31 ounce) can lamb and beans, undrained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet over medium heat, brown sausage; drain.
  • 2 add green pepper, onion; saute until tender; drain.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • 4 pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • 5 cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  • 6 uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer or until bubbly.
