Chocolate Banana Burst Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup carob soymilk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup soft silken tofu
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 pour soy milk into blender.
  • 2 add protein powder, honey, tofu and bananas.
  • 3 blend.
