- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup soft silken tofu
- 3 ripe bananas
- ice cube
Recipe
- 1 pour soy milk into blender.
- 2 add protein powder, honey, tofu and bananas.
- 3 blend.
- 4 add ice cubes one at a time until smooth.
