Ingredients

- 1 (400 g) can chickpeas, undrained
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup low fat natural yogurt
Recipe
- 1 blend the first three ingredients until smooth, then stir through the last two mixing well.
- 2 refrigerate about an hour to allow the flavours to develop.
