Green Chili Burritos

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies (can substitute with rotel diced tomatoes)
- sour cream, sliced black olives, salsa (optional) or taco sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 spread refried beans over tortillas.
- 2 top each with beef and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
- 3 fold ends and sides over filling and roll up; place seam side down in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- 4 sprinkle with chilies and remaining cheese.
- 5 bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- 6 top each serving with sour cream, olives, salsa or taco sauce; if desired.
