Ingredients

- 19 ounces chickpeas
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- salt
Recipe
- 1 drain chickpeas, reserving liquid.
- 2 add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
- 3 add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to obtain desired consistency.
