Green Goddess Hummus

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 19 ounces chickpeas
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 drain chickpeas, reserving liquid.
  • 2 add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
  • 3 add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to obtain desired consistency.
