Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons mustard powder
- fresh lemon juice
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk cream and mustard until slightly thickened.
- 2 add lemon juice, salt& pepper to taste (add a little at a time until you get it just right).
- 3 let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
