Ingredients

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16 ounce) can yellow wax beans, drained well
Recipe
- 1 combine first six ingredients in a saucepan; heat to a boil.
- 2 add beans and simmer five minutes; cool.
- 3 drain and serve chilled as a salad or as an accompaniment to meats as a relish.
- 4 any leftover liquid may be chilled and used to marinate other cooked vegetables.
