Kidney Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained 
 
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced 
 
- 6 tablespoons salsa 
 
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes 
 
- 1 teaspoon vinegar 
 
- 1 teaspoon chili powder 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
 
- 1 cup medium cheddar, grated 
 
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated 
 
- 1 teaspoon chili powder 
 
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
 
- 2 bottom layer: mash kidney beans with fork in medium bowl. 
 
- 3 add next 9 ingredients, mix well. 
 
- 4 spread in ungreased 9 inch pie plate or shallow casserole. 
 
- 5 top layer: layer all 3 ingredients, in order given, over salsa mixture.
