Edamame Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces frozen edamame, thawed and cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups corn, frozen
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sushi vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon veg oil
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • fresh cilantro, chives

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 refrigerate.
