Marinated Garbanzos (chickpeas)

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallion
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 serve with toast rounds or as part of an antipasto tray.
