Ingredients
- 20 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 dash garlic salt
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 2 drain.
- 3 serve with toast rounds or as part of an antipasto tray.
