Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 4 ounces tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 scallions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- 2 process until well combined.
