Naco

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
  • 1 cup corn chips, crushed
  • 15 ounces refried beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • sour cream
  • black olives

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef, green pepper and onion. drain fat.
  • 2 add taco seasoning as directed on package.
  • 3 spread 1 cup crushed corn chips on the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
  • 4 top with refried beans. *tip- mix these to make them easier to handle and drop by small spoonfuls. you can't spread the beans on the chips without spreading all the chips.
  • 5 top with taco meat mixture and cheddar.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and heated through.
  • 7 top with favorite taco toppings, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc.
  • 8 i put french dressing on top of mine for a taco salad.
