Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and chopped)
- 1 small onion (peeled and chopped)
- 1 (440 g) can chili beans
- 1 (410 g) can tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 200 g corn chips
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a pan.
- 2 fry garlic and onion until soft.
- 3 put beans in a bowl, mash them a bit with a fork.
- 4 drain tomatoes, add to bowl mash them a litle.
- 5 add to onion in pan.
- 6 stir till boiling.
- 7 add sugar.
- 8 *****pre-heat oven to 190 degrees*****.

- 14 take out of over, put sour cream in centre and serve.
