Nachos

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 small onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 (440 g) can chili beans
  • 1 (410 g) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 200 g corn chips
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a pan.
  • 2 fry garlic and onion until soft.
  • 3 put beans in a bowl, mash them a bit with a fork.
  • 4 drain tomatoes, add to bowl mash them a litle.
