Ingredients
- 350 g firm tofu
- 80 g whole grain mustard
- 50 g soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon red pepper
Recipe
- 1 cover all 22 pieces in the marinade leaving a bit on the top for crust. arrange crust up in a foil lined baking tin and bake at 200 c or until edges crisp up. enjoy!
