- 7 ounces canned kidney beans (half a 14 oz can)
- 3 tablespoons salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 combine kidney beans and salsa in a small microwavable bowl.
- 2 sprinkle with both cheese. heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through. can stir if desired.
