Kidney Bean Soup (for One)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 7 ounces canned kidney beans (half a 14 oz can)
  • 3 tablespoons salsa (mild, medium or hot)
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 combine kidney beans and salsa in a small microwavable bowl.
  • 2 sprinkle with both cheese. heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through. can stir if desired.
