Kidney Bean Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 8 slices bread

Recipe

  • 1 drain kidney beans and place in bowl.
  • 2 add mayo and diced onions. mix well.
  • 3 chill in fridge for approx 10 minutes.
  • 4 after chilling add mixture to 2 slices of bread to form a sandwich!
  • 5 optional: spread more mayo to bread as needed.
