Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 slices bread
Recipe
- 1 drain kidney beans and place in bowl.
- 2 add mayo and diced onions. mix well.
- 3 chill in fridge for approx 10 minutes.
- 4 after chilling add mixture to 2 slices of bread to form a sandwich!
- 5 optional: spread more mayo to bread as needed.
