- 12 finger bananas, ripe & firm to the touch
- butter
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Recipe
- 1 peel the bananas & slice in half lengthwise. brown to a golden color in butter in frying pan over moderate heat.
- 2 drain on paper towel. set on a platter & sprinkle with cheese.
