Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled (i usually do 3)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and puree in a blender or processor until smooth.
