Beanless Hummus

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 zucchini, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled (i usually do 3)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and puree in a blender or processor until smooth.
