Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended and creamy.
  • 2 serve with tortilla chips, pita, wraps, etc.
  • 3 store in refrigerator, but best served at room temperature.
