Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 medium garlic clove, pressed (about 1 teaspoon worth)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined and smooth - about 45 seconds.
- 2 place in a resealable container and refrigerate until cold. hummus is good for 2-3 days.
