- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine all ingredients. cover and process until smooth.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3 serve with pita bread or chips.
