Low Fat, Cheap, And Delicious Three Bean Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, well drained (i use low sodium)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn, well drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, well drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, well drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, well drained
  • the juice from two lime
  • chopped cilantro (i like a lot of cilantro for flavor but it is up to you)
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the first three ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients & blend all together.
  • 3 marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours to get the best flavor.
  • 4 enjoy!
