Nm Beef And Green Chile Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2 lbs stew meat
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 green chili pepper (or to desired heat )
  • salt and pepper

Recipe
