- 410 g butter beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 125 g boursin spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs or 125 g philadelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs
Recipe
- 1 blend the beans, oil and lemon juice to make a paste - season if desired.
- 2 add the cheese and blend well.
- 3 put in an airtight container. will keep for upto 3 days.
