Guatemalan Black Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb black beans
  • 6 -8 garlic cloves
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 in large kettle, cover beans with 2" water.
  • 2 add garlic.
  • 3 bring water to boil.
  • 4 turn fire down to soft boil and cover.
