- 6 ounces soy protein (disguised as "ground beef"- i use yves brand)
- 2/3 ounce tomato curry seasoning (i use simply organic brand)
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix curry mix and water.
- 2 saute vegetarian ground meat for 5 minute
- 3 add curry mix/water combination.
- 4 saute combined curry for 5-10 minute until hot.
