Ingredients
- beans (french green beans)
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- romano cheese (grated)
- beer stick, sliced thinly (rather like pepperoni salami)
- olive oil
- lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 cook green beans in boiling salted water and drain.
- 2 add sliced red onion, sliced beer sticks and grated romano cheese.
- 3 toss.
- 4 drizzle with a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 5 toss again and--voila!
