Low Fat Pineapple Bean Pizza

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lebanese bread
  • 420 g mexican style beans
  • 430 g pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup low-fat feta
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 200°c.
  • 2 line flat tray with foil.
  • 3 in bowl, mash beans until smooth.
  • 4 cut pinapple pieces in half note: find pieces lay better on pizza.
  • 5 spread mashed beans onto lebanese bread, top with pineapple pieces and feta.
  • 6 bake about 15 minutes until feta browns.
  • 7 note: can use mashed canned heinz beans, kidney beans or chickpeas as well as other toppings like jarred red pepper, capsicum.
  • 8 enjoy!
  • 9 note: i use pizza cutter and cut into 4 pieces.
