Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 15 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomato with basil garlic and oregano, undrained
  • 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts
  • 4 1/2 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 1/2 ounces vegetable soup mix
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup bottled italian dressing

Recipe

  • 1 combine beans, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and vegie soup mix in a slow cooker. place chicken on top. stir together soup and dressing and pour over chicken.
  • 2 cover cook on low for 5-6 hours.
