Ingredients
- 12 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/4 cup cheese
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces pinto beans
- 6 tablespoons salsa
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken breast until no longer pink.
- 2 shred with fork.
- 3 stuff each tortilla with equal amount of chicken and cheese.
- 4 place in heated and oiled skillet.
