Holiday Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (15 ounce) can french style green beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can shoepeg corn
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 11 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 25 -30 ritz crackers, crushed (i use one sleeve)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spray a casserole dish with pam.
- 3 drain beans, corn and water chestnuts and layer in bowl.
- 4 in a separate bowl mix soup,sour crwm and onion.
- 5 spread mixture over vegetables.
- 6 sprinke cheddar cheese on top.
- 7 melt butter and mix with crackers ( i usually do this in a zip lock bag).
- 8 spread cracker mixture on top of casserole.
- 9 bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
