- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked
- 1 lb silken tofu
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup agave nectar or 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- 2 pour into pie shell.
- 3 freeze.
- 4 when ready to eat? thaw for 10 minutes and serve.
