Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked
  • 1 lb silken tofu
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar or 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • 2 pour into pie shell.
  • 3 freeze.
  • 4 when ready to eat? thaw for 10 minutes and serve.
