Hummus Without Tahini

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic granules
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2-2/3 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 drain the beans and rinse them until that water no longer bubbles.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, beans first and spices last.
  • 3 turn on food processor or blender.
  • 4 slowly add water until hummus reaches desired consistency.
  • 5 pour into bowl and eat.
