- 2 (16 ounce) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 place beans, tomatoes and sugar in slow cooker. cover and cook on high 2 ½ hours.
- 2 stir in peppers. cook on high 30 minutes longer.
