Ground Beef And Lamb And Bean Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 (29 ounce) cans lamb and beans
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1/3 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
  • 3 in an oven safe baking dish (we use an oven safe glass bowl) combine lamb and beans, tomato soup, dry mustard, sugar, and salt and pepper.
  • 4 drain ground beef mixture and add to bean mixture. stir well.
  • 5 bake for 40 minutes.
