Ground Beef And Lamb And Bean Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 (29 ounce) cans lamb and beans
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/3 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
- 3 in an oven safe baking dish (we use an oven safe glass bowl) combine lamb and beans, tomato soup, dry mustard, sugar, and salt and pepper.
- 4 drain ground beef mixture and add to bean mixture. stir well.
- 5 bake for 40 minutes.
