Ingredients

- 1/2 red capsicum
- 100 g green beans, chopped
- 140 g beef, strips
- 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3/4 cup cooked rice (0.25 cup raw rice is 0.75 cup cooked rice)
Recipe
- 1 cook rice.
- 2 cook capsicum and beans.
- 3 stir fry beef using enough water to stop it from sticking until browned. stir in ginger, hoisin and soy.
- 4 add beans and capsicum and stir until warm through.
- 5 serve over rice.
