Light Healthy Beef Capsicum Stir Fry

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 100 g green beans, chopped
  • 140 g beef, strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup cooked rice (0.25 cup raw rice is 0.75 cup cooked rice)

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice.
  • 2 cook capsicum and beans.
  • 3 stir fry beef using enough water to stop it from sticking until browned. stir in ginger, hoisin and soy.
  • 4 add beans and capsicum and stir until warm through.
  • 5 serve over rice.
