Light Ginger-sesame Dressing Or Marinade

Ingredients

  • Servings: 28
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup yellow miso (soybean paste)
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 whisk the water, vinegar and miso together until smooth.
  • 2 add the remaining ingredients and combine.
  • 3 this makes about 1 1/3 cups, and the serving size is one tablespoon.
