Ingredients
- 16 cups fresh yellow beans
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 3 cups vinegar
Recipe
- 1 wash and string beans.
- 2 cut into small pieces.
- 3 boil in salt water until just tender.
- 4 put sugar, flour, mustard, spices, and vinegar in pot.
- 5 boil until thick.
- 6 drain beans and pour dressing over them.
- 7 seal in sterilized jars.
