Green Beans With Shallots And Garlic

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
Recipe
- 1 boil green beans for 4-5 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- 2 heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and add oil.
- 3 add the shallot and saute for a minute.
- 4 drain the green beans and add to the shallots.
- 5 saute, stirring until the shallots are soft and the green beans are tender.
- 6 add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
