Green Beans With Shallots And Garlic

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

Recipe

  • 1 boil green beans for 4-5 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
  • 2 heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and add oil.
  • 3 add the shallot and saute for a minute.
  • 4 drain the green beans and add to the shallots.
  • 5 saute, stirring until the shallots are soft and the green beans are tender.
  • 6 add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
