Green Beans With Lemon And Browned Garlic

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large nonstick skillet, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil, add the green beans, and cook 3 minutes.
  • 2 stir green beans constantly.
