- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large nonstick skillet, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil, add the green beans, and cook 3 minutes.
