Gai Pad Khing

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup chicken breast
  • 3 cups green beans, i used frozen
  • 3 tablespoons curry paste, start out with 1
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  • 2 cut fresh green beans into bite sized pieces.
  • 3 stir fry curry paste in oil.
  • 4 add chicken and beans.
  • 5 add fish sauce and sugar.
  • 6 cook until chicken is done and beans are crisp.
