Nibbler's Delight

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili (nobeans)
  • 1.5 (1 1/3 ounce) packages taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 0.5 (13 ounce) bag tostada chips
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • sour cream
  • salsa

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 brown ground beef.
  • 3 strain, then add water and 1 package of the taco seasoning.
  • 4 chop jalapeño peppers and add to meat.
  • 5 bring to boil stirring occasionally.
  • 6 simmer when meat at proper thickness.
  • 7 warm chili and add to taco meat.
  • 8 place chips into a lasagna pan.
  • 9 bake chips in pan for 5 minutes.
  • 10 remove from oven and add meat over chips.
  • 11 top with both cheeses and sprinkle with 1/2 package taco seasoning.
  • 12 then bake until cheese melts.
  • 13 top with sour cream and salsa to taste.
