Green Beans With Feta

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 2/3 cup toasted nuts, chopped
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 steam or boil green beans just until crisp-tender.
  • 2 drain, and combine beans and onion in a serving bowl.
  • 3 add the oil, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat.
  • 4 top with the chopped nuts and feta cheese.
