Glen's Mexican Lamb And Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb ground lean lamb
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can mexican-style tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 in a large heavy saucepan, brown and crumblelamb. stir in onion and garlic, cook and stir until onion is soft, about 3 minutes. stir in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer about 10 minutes. serve it with love. enjoy.
