Glazed Tofu

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 1 lb extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix soy sauce, syrup and mirin in a bowl. set aside.
- 2 cut tofu into 3/4" cubes. heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat/ add tofu and fry until golden brown, turning every 3 minutes (no need to brown all sides). add sauce mixture and cook 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is coated with glaze.
- 3 serve and enjoy!
