Ingredients
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 vanilla bean
Recipe
- 1 bring cider to a boil and add vanilla bean, split open along the length.
- 2 cook until it has reduced to a quart or less, your choice how thick you make it.
- 3 remove the bean and pack into jar and store in refrigeration. may be used on french toast, lamb roast, acorn squash, etc.
